1. Your Role — What You're Here to Do
You are part of our lead generation and qualification team, based in the Philippines. Your core mission: connect with business owners who need funding and qualify them for our sales team.
Capital Gurus is an MCA (Merchant Cash Advance) brokerage. We help small and medium-sized businesses in the United States get fast funding — typically between $50K and $200K+ — through our network of lending partners. We are NOT a bank. We are brokers who match businesses with the right funding partner.
🔵 Outbound (Cold Calling) — Your Primary Focus
- You'll call leads from our HubSpot database — business owners who have NOT yet contacted us
- Your goal: have a conversation, qualify them and transfer them live to our reps (or if not possible, pass it as a backoffice lead)
- You'll use Orum (our AI-powered dialer) to make high-volume outbound calls
- Team target: 40-50 qualified leads per day
🟢 Inbound (Receiving Calls)
- Sometimes business owners call US — from our websites, emails, or referrals
- These come through Aircall — our phone system
- Inbound leads are warmer — handle them with priority
- Capture their info, qualify them, route to the right person/bucket
📋 What Does "Qualifying" a Lead Mean?
You need to gather these key pieces of information during every conversation:
- Business name — to identify them in our CRM
- How much funding do you need? — deal size (sweet spot: $50K-$250K)
